We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our local fleet operations, you will be instrumental in coordinating the daily tasks of our drivers and fleet to ensure seamless deliveries.

• Schedule and Assign Drivers: Coordinate the daily schedules of our drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods to our clients.
• Monitor Truck Statuses: Track the status of our trucks and deliveries to ensure prompt execution and handle any arising issues.
• Communicate with Drivers: Provide necessary information and assistance to our drivers to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of dispatch operations, including driver logs, trip reports, and delivery specifics.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Team: Work with our maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and safe for operation.
• Handle Emergencies: Deploy alternate plans efficiently to tackle issues promptly and ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Attend to client inquiries and resolve any transport-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar logistics role, ideally within the trucking sector.
• Knowledge: Solid grasp of local and regional transportation regulations and logistics.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Time Management: Adept at multitasking and time management in a dynamic setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in dispatch and logistics software.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or transportation is advantageous.
