Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Wild Fork Foods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with inventory management and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, rotating products, and performing daily cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, counting inventory, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support merchandising efforts, including setting up displays, creating visual merchandising plans, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent movement and standing for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays.
