Job Description

The VP of Sales is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the growth and scalability of our sales organization. As a seasoned sales executive, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives rapid growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer to ensure alignment and synergy between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Leverage Salesforce mastery and other sales tools to optimize sales processes and performance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in scaling SaaS sales organizations at growth-stage companies.
  • Strong background in sales management and strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
