Key Responsibilities- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives rapid growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer to ensure alignment and synergy between sales and marketing efforts.
- Leverage Salesforce mastery and other sales tools to optimize sales processes and performance.
- Extensive experience in scaling SaaS sales organizations at growth-stage companies.
- Strong background in sales management and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
