Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts and program managers offer monthly training sessions and ongoing support to ensure the implementation of ethical and effective treatment strategies for the children and families we assist. Job Requirements:

  • Experience in autism, special needs, education, mental health, and ABA is essential.
  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree with 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience is required. Preferred fields include psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, school psychology, education, special education, ABA, or related disciplines.
  • Availability primarily after 2 PM on multiple days each week; must maintain a consistent schedule; commitment to one year of employment is expected.
  • Strong clinical insight and critical thinking abilities are necessary.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists are highly preferred.
  • Must possess reliable transportation, a valid CA driver's license, and driver's insurance.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with children and families in a fun, energetic, and motivating manner.
  • Deliver skills training services and/or behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
  • Part-time position (up to 25 hours per week based on availability); must be available after 2 PM on multiple days; reliability is crucial.
  • Travel between clients' homes within the designated service area.
  • Maintain precise records of therapy sessions, including session notes and data summaries.
  • Provide constructive feedback to parents/caregivers regarding client progress and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical staff, as well as schools and other therapy providers involved with clients.
  • Work independently as a clinician in executing treatment plans, seeking additional support and supervision from the clinical team as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions.
