About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant to join our team as a key member. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Assistant team, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Directly manage and support a team of approximately 20 Executive Assistants, focusing on their development and growth.
- Workflow Oversight: Approve holiday requests, track attendance, punctuality, vacation, and work-from-home arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient management.
- Performance Evaluation: Identify skills gaps, suggest training content, assist with performance goal-setting, and conduct performance reviews.
- Recruiting and Onboarding: Assist in all aspects of recruiting, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and making recommendations.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training schedules, develop and deliver training content, and provide feedback to Training Network.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least five years' experience in an administrative management position, preferably in management consultancy or similar professional services industry.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong personnel management, problem-solving, strategic thinking, project management, customer service, communication, negotiation, maturity, poise, judgment, positivity, teamwork, time management, flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail, and technical skills.
