Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / House Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are clean and tidy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional house cleaning services to clients, adhering to our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Use our proprietary Detail-Clean Rotation System to ensure thorough and consistent cleaning results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work.
  • Be able to lift up to 15 pounds and be on your feet for long periods.
  • Have a valid driver's license (preferred).
Benefits
  • Full-time employment with benefits.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm.
  • Two-week training program.

Compensation

$400.00 - $600.00 per week.
