  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve restaurant goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and managers to ensure seamless service.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Be flexible with scheduling and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • No prior experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
