Role Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs. This role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $17, along with a $250 incentive for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in developing and maintaining essential daily living and social skills.
- Engage individuals in various activities to promote independence and community involvement.
- Complete required training to maintain compliance with annual training standards.
Qualifications:
- Genuine compassion and a commitment to the well-being of others.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and appropriate insurance.
- Ability to transport individuals in a personal vehicle within the community.
