Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM (subject to variation, with on-call rotation among technicians)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy equipment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • HVAC License or a strong desire to achieve Journeyman status
  • EPA Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively complete warranty and service calls while adhering to company standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available for evening, weekend, and holiday work as necessary
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in residential HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
  • Clearly communicate technical concepts to customers in an understandable manner
  • Work collaboratively with dispatchers, service managers, and colleagues to optimize scheduling and resource coordination, ensuring timely service call completion
  • Exhibit strong ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as effectively within a team
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring readiness with necessary tools, parts, and equipment for efficient service calls
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Be self-motivated and a reliable team player
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and punctuality
