Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity

Oxford Health & Rehabilitation Center in Oxford, NC is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hands-on care to our residents, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to residents according to their plan of care.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
  • Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
  • Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse.
  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
Requirements:
  • Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
