- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Language Skills: Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English required.
- Customer Service Focus: Experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Relationship Building: Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
