Pallet Sorter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Pallet Sorter to join our team at Rehrig Pacific Company. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely sorting of pallets.

• Sort Pallets with Precision: Hand-sort pallets accurately and efficiently, based on manufacturer, quality, and grade, as determined through visual inspection.
• Meet Quality Expectations: Inspect and determine the level of repair pallets need, following established repair criteria, and sort pallets accurately based on quality and grade.
• Meet Production Expectations: Meet minimum production and quality requirements, and perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Work Safely and Effectively: Engage in safety practices to ensure Plan To Zero (PTZ) is met, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Familiarity with Warehouse Operations: Prior experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout the duration of the shift, and perform repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
• Education and Certifications: High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience is preferred, and prior forklift experience and certification is a plus.
