Cambia, a purpose-driven healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Clinical Intake Analyst to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in the initial processing of incoming documents related to Utilization Management, Case Management, Disease Management, and Appeals.

About the Job

As a Clinical Intake Analyst, you will be responsible for managing timeliness and organization of work received from multiple sources, imaging work into our system, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and privacy standards. You will also utilize your knowledge and experience to triage work, determine the nature of inquiries, and assign tasks accordingly.

What You Bring

  • You possess a High School Diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience in Regence Customer Service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You have solid communication and writing skills, as well as general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and internet searching.
  • You are organized, able to enter data accurately, and possess administrative skills. Additionally, you have a basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare benefits/systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • You have excellent critical thinking and attention to detail skills, which enable you to review clinical documents and forward them to the right people for resolution.
  • You can work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • You are a team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve operational standards.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $21 - $24 per hour, depending on location and experience. The full pay range for this position is $17.20 - 31.00 per hour. We also provide annual incentive payment targets and generous benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their eligible family members.
