Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and engaging in live chat sessions.
- Listen attentively to students, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Handle student complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the database with relevant information.
- Assist students in navigating our courses and services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address student concerns, relay feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and first-call resolution rates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
