We are currently seeking an experienced RN - Step Down Unit nurse to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This 13-week contract opportunity offers a unique chance to work with a well-known health system and contribute to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PCU or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a tax-free stipend and comprehensive benefits package, including:
