Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, membership to other Northeast states is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation, with a focus on insurance policies, bad faith litigation, and defense of insurers.
  • Proficient in insurance law, 93A, and tort law.
  • Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft compelling legal documents.
  • Proven experience in trial practice and commercial litigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex insurance policies and legal principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
