Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bringing new innovative technology to the US Oil & Gas market. You will be responsible for expanding the market in the oil and gas sector, utilizing your competitive skills and diligence to drive business growth and reach overall business objectives.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Developing a compelling opportunity pipeline for business growth and ensuring KPI's are met.
  • Meeting order intake and sales revenue targets.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients in line with company guidelines.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.


Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success selling new technology to OEMs, end users, and distributors. They will also have proficiency in tools such as Office, CRM software, and prospecting platforms.

The essential requirements include:
  • Demonstrated experience of bringing new innovative technology to the US Oil & Gas market.
  • Experience in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering may be beneficial but not essential.
  • Ability to think outside the box and possess a sales-driven mentality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to manage complex projects and multitask.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Houston, TX, with remote work options initially. The successful candidate will be required to visit our future office in Houston and our Oxford, UK office occasionally. We offer 20 days' holiday per year plus 10 public holidays.
