We are seeking skilled and caring professionals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants, providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, ambulation, and repositioning.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring proper nutrition and hydration while providing therapeutic baths, ice packs, and dressing changes as needed. Monitoring and recording vital health information, such as food intake and urinary or fecal output, will be essential. Effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals is also crucial.
To excel in this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification (if applicable), current CPR certification, and basic computer skills. Strong communication skills are required for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. A calm and professional demeanor is necessary, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
We appreciate the dedication of our caregivers and offer competitive pay and benefits. CNAs earn between $13-14 per hour for private clients and $16-19 per hour for facility work, while non-certified caregivers earn $12-13 per hour for private clients. Employees working 35+ hours per week qualify for health insurance after 90 days. Weekly pay provides financial stability.
