Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, monitor, and enhance applications that support or optimize technology solution operations.
  • Schedule, manage, and support applications and batch operations across all environments.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and efficiency of applications.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to application and batch operations.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to assess application and infrastructure performance.
  • Conduct analysis, define problems, gather requirements, and develop solutions for data fixes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in information systems design.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as an application operations engineer on large-scale distributed applications, with a solid understanding of computer technologies.
