As a Social Work Manager at Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for overseeing a medium-sized team or program, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement budget recommendations to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide counseling/disciplinary support to team members.
- Oversee personnel management, including HR, personnel, and compensation issues.
- Design and operate programs within the unit, ensuring access to quality care and resource allocation.
- Participate in regional committees to drive strategic decision-making.
- Minimum two (2) years of post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) required.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
