Role Overview:
The Global Supply Chain Analytics Specialist will be an integral part of our Center of Excellence (COE) for Global Supply Chain strategy development and execution. This team is focused on establishing an agile framework that aligns with our business objectives and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough data analysis to enhance supply chain efficiency and address complex challenges.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve supply chain constraints.
3. Interpret and translate data into actionable insights for the organization’s most pressing issues.
4. Perform cost-benefit analyses to support organizational and process improvements.
5. Develop methodologies for gathering supply chain data from diverse sources.
6. Provide risk mitigation strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
7. Communicate risk management plans and improvement suggestions to executive stakeholders.
8. Ensure that supply chain decisions are informed by solid, quantifiable insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in analytics utilizing data analysis tools.
- Certification in data analytics systems or methodologies is advantageous (e.g., Power BI, BW, etc.).
- Experience in developing problem statements, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and formulating value propositions.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools or data mining applications is a plus.

- Strong analytical abilities to identify process gaps and create sustainable solutions.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement to drive efficient processes.
- Proficiency in creating and sharing technical best practices internally.
