Job Overview

At M. A. Mortenson, we are seeking a skilled Laborer Apprentice to join our team. As a Laborer Apprentice, you will play a critical role in the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.

Responsibilities

* Load and unload equipment and materials
* Prepare, handle, and supply materials to be used by other crafts
* Pile layout
* General cleanup and clearing of debris
* Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

* Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers
* Strong teamwork orientation
* Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
* Detail orientation
* Active listening skills and effective communication
