- Deliver sign language interpretation services to ensure effective communication for Deaf and Hard of Hearing personnel and events.
- Facilitate interpretation for various settings, including discussions, meetings, training sessions, interviews, and other requested occasions, ensuring accessibility for non-sign language users as well.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL) and English, with a comprehensive understanding of the grammatical frameworks and subtleties of both languages.
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in ASL Interpreting, Deaf Studies, or a related discipline. Alternatively, possess relevant certifications or credentials from accredited interpreting programs.
