As a travel nurse with Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, gain new experiences, and enhance your clinical skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- One to three years of experience as a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse.
- Current RN licensure in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
