Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Southeastern Wisconsin. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards and meets all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Oversight: Installs heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technicians to ensure that all work is performed correctly and efficiently.
  • Design and Fabrication: Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Performs limited diagnostics and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Customer Service: Effectively communicates with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Trains and mentors Assistant Installation Technicians on various aspects of the job, including installation procedures and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Maintains a clean and safe work area, and ensures that all installations meet company standards and quality control measures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Preferred 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a strong track record of success and a proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Certifications: EPA and NATE certification preferred, but not required.
  • Licenses: Must have a valid state driver's license.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
