Job Title: Nurse Unit Manager

Seven Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Requirements:
  • Current State License as a RN.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • C.P.R. Certified.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year experience as a nurse in a long-term care setting.
