Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative is the face of our operation, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members. This role involves handling guest questions and concerns, facilitating member requests, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
  • Check in members and guests in accordance with company procedures
  • Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Always maintain a professional disposition
  • Sell retail products
  • Schedule member services: tanning, hydro-massage, etc.
  • Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
  • Know club facility, services, and schedules
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
  • Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook
Requirements:
  • Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
  • Experience working with children
  • Certifications, as local/state laws require
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
  • Stand, bend, and squat with frequency
  • Climb and hang decorations when needed

This is a part-time position located in Murfreesboro 18. Fitness Ventures LLC is a development company owning CRUNCH Fitness franchise locations and territories throughout the United States. The CRUNCH brand was established in 1989 and is known for its No Judgments Philosophy.
