About the Role

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions for business problems. You'll lead a community of engineers, own the product life cycle, and advocate for industry standards. Your expertise in Java, Kotlin, or equivalent languages, along with experience in cloud services, will drive our next-generation B2B partnership platform.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with peers and partners to develop technology solutions.
  • Lead a community of engineers and strengthen the team.
  • Own the end-to-end product life cycle for large-scale projects.
  • Advocate for industry standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior members.
  • Anticipate and prevent problems, reporting to leadership as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development or a similar role.
  • Expert-level experience in Java, Kotlin, or an equivalent language.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, or AngularJS.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional large-scale projects.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
