Overview

At Signature HealthCARE, we're seeking a skilled Transportation Aide to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our residents to appointments, community events, and other destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport residents to appointments and events in a timely and courteous manner
  • Confirm doctor's appointments and notify family members of arrangements
  • Monitor daily documentation and filing
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
  • Current/active CPR certification
  • Valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries (accidents, moving violations, and failures to appear)
  • Customer Service oriented and able to work well under pressure
