This position requires excellent customer service skills, with a focus on heavy data entry and order management. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, learn the product to provide knowledgeable support to clients, and maintain accurate records. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients in a face-to-face setting
* Entering data accurately and efficiently
* Tracking invoices and managing orders
* Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals
Requirements:
* High School Diploma
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
