About the Role:


Aerotek is seeking an experienced Solar Energy Installation Foreman to join their team. As a key member of the installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of solar panels, inverters, and related electrical components on commercial projects.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Install solar panels, inverters, and electrical components for commercial projects
  • Perform electrical wiring and connections to the grid or battery storage systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems in solar energy systems, ensuring optimal performance
  • Provide leadership for apprentice electricians on site
  • Utilize various hand and power tools


Requirements:



  • Journeyman Electrician certification
  • Previous leadership experience recommended but not required
  • Able to work outdoors and lift 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license


Compensation and Benefits:


$49.98 per hour with $100 per day per diem if located 50+ miles from job site
