As a Pharmacist with Select Medical, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional patient experiences.

• Provide clinical support to the hospital pharmacy function, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of drug supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive patient education programs, empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, driving excellence in patient care.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring, ensuring safe and effective medication management.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
