Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate operations within the sterile processing department, ensuring effective management of service line tasks.
- Manage shift operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and resource allocation.
- Act as a technical resource for staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and progress of work, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Supervise inventory management and contribute to the training and orientation of new associates.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality assurance of work products.

Qualifications:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Preferred: Central Service Technician certification specializing in Sterile Processing from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association.
- Preferred: Central Service Technician certification specializing in Sterile Processing from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, OR an Associate's/Technical degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience required.
