Job Description

Gold's Aquatics Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a training program for swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, and support to athletes while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Lead regular practice sessions and provide on-deck coaching.
  • Work closely with the head coach and other coaches for consistent coaching and program implementation.
  • Guide and support swimmers in setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Communicate regularly with swimmers, parents, and club management.
Requirements
  • Coaching experience: 1-3 years previous coaching experience with a proven track record of success in developing swimmers at various levels.
  • Industry expertise: deep understanding of swimming techniques, training principles, and competitive strategies.
  • Leadership skills: strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
  • Certification: current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and First Aid, and USA Swimming (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
