Job Overview

Position: Adventure Course/Clip n Climb Supervisor

As a vital member of our team, you will oversee and manage the operations of our thrilling attractions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Candidates must be at least 17 years old to qualify for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all guests with a warm smile and enthusiastic greeting as they approach the attraction.
  • Provide guidance and answer questions regarding the use of the attraction, while clearly explaining and enforcing all safety regulations.
  • Articulate the operational procedures and rules of the attraction in an engaging and supportive manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the attraction area at all times.
  • Supervise and operate the attraction with a primary focus on safety and hygiene.
  • Refer to the specific operational manual for detailed procedures.
  • Assist guests with any special requests or needs, prioritizing safety.
  • Communicate any necessary maintenance or repair issues to your supervisor promptly.
  • In case of safety concerns, halt the attraction and notify your supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to all protocols regarding safety, injuries, and emergency situations that may arise during your duties.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all other attractions and facilities to accurately respond to guest inquiries.
  • Report any inappropriate behavior by guests or staff to management without delay, including theft, property damage, or substance abuse.
  • Consistently meet guest service performance standards in your role.
  • Identify opportunities to foster social interactions among families and guests.
  • Engage guests with enthusiasm and creativity, going above and beyond to enhance their experience.
  • Develop and showcase your unique engagement style, interacting with guests regularly.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong desire to assist customers, positive communication abilities, outgoing demeanor, professionalism, creativity, and effective multitasking.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Member Service Director.
