Job Summary:

As a Team Member at Take 5 Oil Change, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing various tasks related to oil changes and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drain motor oil and replace oil filters to ensure vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Wash windshields and check tire pressure to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for the road.
  • Inspect and top off fluids to prevent damage to vehicles and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right oil type and other services to meet their needs.
  • Perform coolant exchanges to keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Process payments for services performed and restock inventory levels to maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
