Salary Information
The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 to $26.00. This includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a sales associate in Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods -- or any one of our dozens of departments -- you have the opportunity to make someone's day better. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Walking up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders
  • Reviewing customer orders, locating and selecting merchandise on the sales floor
  • Ensuring customer orders are filled accurately
  • Smiling, greeting, and thanking customers with a positive attitude
  • Dispensing customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
