About the Role

This Logistics Driver opportunity is now available at Tailored Brands Inc. in West Chester, OH.

As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise and products to store locations within assigned routes in an accurate, timely, and safe manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Timely deliveries to the Tailored Brands store network
  • Unload, process and reload merchandise and freight
  • Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle on HUB routes and deliver merchandise to stores
  • Pack and ship merchandise as required
  • Scan drivers' logs and tuxedo manifests into and out of the HUB
  • Assist in the reconciliation of data entry errors, transfer discrepancies and pending transfers
  • Ensure security of all HUB equipment and tools
  • Perform driving function within the parameters set forth by the Transportation Safety Department
  • Ensure that work areas are clean
  • Report all injuries to up-line management on a timely basis
  • Actively support corporate mission statement
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with stores, customers and vendors
  • Work collegially in teams
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of driving work-related experience (job training will be provided)
  • A valid driver's license (Non CDL) and ability to pass a Company Road test
  • Able to pass a DOT physical, including drug screen
  • A good driving record: No more than 2 moving violations in past 24 months or 3 moving violations in past 36 months
  • No DUI's, DWI, or license suspension in last 10 years
  • No more than 1 preventable (DOT recordable) accident in past 12 months
  • Familiarity with the surround market and neighboring cities/surroundings
  • Ability to work in all areas of the HUB's distribution center and perform any necessary job duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and education assistance programs.
