Spa Director Job Description

At Lodging Dynamics, we seek an experienced Spa Director to lead our spa operations and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and implement spa programs and treatments to enhance guest satisfaction and promote wellness.
  • Lead a team of spa professionals, providing coaching, counseling, and mentoring to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage spa budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages that attract guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, spa policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • License in Massage Therapy (state-specific).
