Job Summary

The Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality components and assemblies for Martin Bionics' prosthetic products and services. This role requires meeting production goals, maintaining inventory levels, and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production and Assembly: Prepare parts for assembly, assemble manufactured goods, and batch incoming products.
  • Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels, organize raw materials, and ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to all safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Working knowledge of hand tools and experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Knowledge and hand skills needed to fabricate components for prosthetic limbs according to specifications.
Work Environment

This role is located in a warehouse setting and requires a Monday-to-Friday schedule with occasional overtime. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with others.
