Travel Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team as a Travel Therapist - Geriatric Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clinics.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in geriatrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
