Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time licensed hygienist to provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and education. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with patients, dentists, and other staff members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene or equivalent experience.
- Current licensure to practice as a dental hygienist in the state of practice.
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
