Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Plymouth. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and manage quality risks, monitor product quality data, and address root causes of negative warranty issues and external defect costs.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships within Bosch and with North American customers to identify and manage quality risks effectively. Your goal will be to proactively enhance Bosch product quality performance. - Support quality initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, from early development and application phases to product launch and series production. - Monitor product quality data, identifying trends and addressing root causes of negative warranty issues and external defect costs. - Work primarily from the Bosch Plymouth location, with occasional travel (10-15%) to Bosch manufacturing sites and customer facilities. - Lead and support problem-solving activities for internal and customer complaints to ensure prompt and effective resolution. - Prepare and present internal and external quality metrics (Q-metrics) to management for decision-making and performance evaluation.
