ABA Therapist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our team at Silver Lining ABA, providing services to early childhood learners in Cambria County. As a clinical lead, you will oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and supervise client cases to ensure effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement treatment programs for behavior and skill acquisition.
• Train and supervise staff in program implementation and skill acquisition techniques.
• Conduct assessments, including functional analysis, to inform treatment plans.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in professional development activities to maintain certification and licensure.

Requirements:

• PA Behavior Specialist License required.
• Mandatory background checks completed.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility for evening work.
• Ability to keep up with active children.
• Commutable across Cambria County.
• Comfortable working with clients aged 2-18.

Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
