About the Role

As an Industrial Estimator, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project cost estimates for industrial construction projects. This includes labor, materials, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret project plans and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
  • Utilize estimation software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed risk and opportunity assessments for each estimate.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Lead cost analysis and cost forecasting activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Primavera, Procore, Planswift, Sage, and Building Connected.
  • Strong experience in preparing bid proposals, cost analysis, and project estimating.
  • In-depth understanding of industrial construction processes, materials, and standards.
