Citywide RX LLC is a dedicated Long-Term Care pharmacy committed to providing exceptional pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. We pride ourselves on delivering tailored care and high-quality pharmacy solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Pharmacist:
1. Assess medication orders for suitability of drug selection, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration methods.
2. Ensure that dispensed medications are accurately supplied and appropriately labeled.
3. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related inquiries.
4. Oversee the preparation of medications.

Qualifications for the Licensed Pharmacist:
1. Must possess an active Pharmacist license from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
2. Previous experience in Long-Term Care is preferred.
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
4. Exceptional attention to detail.
5. Capability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
6. Must be reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
7. Proficient in computer use; knowledge of Frameworks LTC system is a plus.
