About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, and developing individualized plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with clinical tasks, such as administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Triage and Coordination: Respond to patient inquiries, triage concerns, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, including progress notes, medication administration, and test results.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of experience in radiation oncology or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull carts with minimal assistance
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
