Settlements Specialist

At Ole Mexican Foods, INC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a skilled Settlement Analyst to join our team in Norcross, GA.

The Settlement Analyst will be responsible for processing weekly payments and settlements for our Distributors/Independent Operators (IOs). This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Generate payments to independent contractors on a weekly basis
• Generate Excel reports and spreadsheets to analyze data and present to Distributors
• Analyze data to identify price discrepancies and resolve issues
• Create transactions in our accounting system
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding accounts
• Email statements of account on a weekly basis
• Meet check deadlines and ensure timely payment processing

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with pivot tables and Excel formulas
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Intermediate/Proficient with Excel
• Desire to learn Great Plains Software (GP)
