Cardiac Step Down Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Step Down Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice
  • Teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
  • Assess behavioral and physiologic status of the post-anesthesia patient population
  • Develop, modify, and integrate patient plans of care
  • Establish individualized patient goals
Requirements:
  • License to practice as an RN in the state of Arkansas
  • Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications at start or acquired within first 90 days of employment
