Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering both direct and indirect patient care services, demonstrating clinical proficiency within the established scope of practice in accordance with state regulations.

Working collaboratively with the healthcare team and under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN is tasked with ensuring patient safety, enhancing comfort, and improving the overall patient experience in a medical-surgical environment.


Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Valid and current state licensure.
2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire and maintenance of certification.
3. IV certification as per state requirements upon hire.
